Terms & Conditions — Kece Quality Motors

1. 1.Role of the Agent

   Kece Quality Motors advertises the Owner's vehicle across multiple online platforms to reach a wider pool of buyers. The Agent does not purchase the vehicle and holds no ownership interest in it at any point. The Agent arranges viewings and negotiates with prospective buyers, keeping the Owner informed throughout.

2. 2.No Upfront Fees

   There is no upfront cost to list or advertise a vehicle with Kece Quality Motors.

3. 3.Guaranteed Asking Price

   The Owner will receive the full asking price they specify for their vehicle, paid directly to them.

4. 4.Commission Structure

   Kece Quality Motors' commission is strictly the difference between the Owner's stated asking price and the final sale price achieved, where the sale price is higher. If the vehicle sells at or below the asking price, no commission is charged.

5. 5.Payment Process

   At the point of sale, the buyer pays the Owner's asking price directly to the Owner, and pays Kece Quality Motors' commission directly and separately to the Agent. Kece Quality Motors does not at any point hold, receive, or have access to the Owner's funds.

6. 6.Advertising & Marketing

   The Owner grants Kece Quality Motors permission to photograph the vehicle and use those photographs and details in online and offline advertising for the purpose of finding a buyer.

7. 7.Duration & Withdrawal

   This agreement remains active until the vehicle is sold, or either party ends it in writing. The Owner may withdraw their vehicle from sale at any time with no fee or penalty.

8. 8.Accuracy of Information

   The Owner confirms that all information provided about the vehicle is accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge, and that they are legally entitled to sell it.

9. 9.Agreement

   By submitting a vehicle through this website, the Owner agrees to these terms. A full written Seller Agreement will be provided for signature before the vehicle is advertised.
